I have been in the property management business for a little over 10 years. It all
started with my first vacation house purchase in 2010 in Madeira Beach, FL.
I really enjoyed the process of home buying and always wanted to help others find their home. Currently I am a full time Realtor/Property Manager with a lot of focus on Vacation Rentals. I live in Tampa FL, enjoy traveling, staying active and hanging out with my family and friends. I grew up in Poland, spent my early adulthood in the Chicago land area and in 2010 permanently relocated to the
sunshine state.

Are there restrictions on how often I can use my home?
Your vacation home is, first and foremost, yours. You can reserve our home for personal stays whenever you’d like, provided (of course!) that you honor any guest reservations that are already on your calendar. Other than that LaCasa doesn’t place any restrictions on how often you can visit or how long you can stay.

At LaCasa we take a layered approach to protect your home from risk. Our network of smart security systems looks into each booking, flagging any unusual reservations for further inquiry.
