Beautiful newly remodeled home located 5 minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs in a quiet and residential neighborhood that is close to the Pine Island Beach, parks ,shopping ,dining and golf course located at the front of the subdivision.

This 1900 SF house has a fabulous open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with cabinets for tons of storage plus 4 island chairs , breakfast table with 4 chairs and dining room table with 8 comfortable sittings. 1Master en-suite with a King size bed ,walk-in closet , smart tv and access to the pool from the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom comes with a Queen size bed and smart tv. The 3rd bedroom offers a Queen size bed with a Trundle bed and 1 smart tv . The living room with 1 smart tv including Netflix . All bedrooms have new mattresses with luxury bedding and a high quality linen, down pillows and comforters (all hyper-allergenic bedding ).
Out back fully fenced backyard with a gorgeous HEATED POOL and an expansive patio with sectional and grill.
Pool is heated during winter months up to 86F.
You will find the home well stocked with everything that you need. There is a washer/dryer with laundry detergents in the house - which makes life easy!
